N.Y. State Fin. Law § 107

§ 107. Monthly statement of balances in state depositories. The\ncommissioner of taxation and finance shall cause to be published in the\nstate bulletin, on or before the last day of each month, a detailed\nstatement of the balance in the several banks designated by any state\nofficer or board as a depository of state funds. Such statement shall\ncontain the name of each bank and the amount subject to draft at the\nclose of the month preceding such publication.\n
