§ 63. Expense of preparing and selling bonds. From the moneys realized\nfrom the sale of bonds heretofore or hereafter authorized the\ncomptroller shall apportion the expense of preparing and selling such\nbonds against the appropriation or appropriations, and shall use such\napportioned funds in paying such expenses.\n
