§ 66-g. Indemnification. Any agreement for the issuance of\ncertificates of participation to fund installment purchases by the state\nmay provide that the state will indemnify the trustee, paying agent,\nservice agent or any other person performing a similar or related\nfunction, but only to the extent that the liability triggering the event\nof indemnification is the fault of the state.\n
