N.Y. State Law § 59-i

§ 59-i. Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms\nshall mean and include:\n "United Nations." The international organization of governments known\nas the United Nations established June twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred\nforty-five.\n "Land." The land itself above and under water, all buildings and other\nstructures, substructures and superstructures, erected on or above, or\naffixed to the same; all wharves and piers; and all interests in land\nwhether in fee or less than full title.\n
