Painted devices of arms in certain public places

§ 71. Painted devices of arms in certain public places. The device of\narms of the state, corresponding to the blazon hereinbefore given, shall\nbe painted in colors upon wood or canvass, and hung upon the walls of\nthe executive chamber, the court of appeals, the office of the secretary\nof state, and the senate and assembly chambers.\n
