§ 100. Definition. A freight terminal corporation is a corporation\norganized to supply, maintain and operate freight terminal facilities--\nincluding docks, wharves, bulkheads, basins, tugs, floats, lighters and\nother shipping, and wharfage and lighterage for the receipt, delivery,\nstorage or handling of freight; terminal warehousing, terminal ways,\nterminal stations and stores; and terminal factory and show room\nfacilities, including power, heat, light and machinery.\n
