N.Y. Transportation Corporations Law § 103

§ 103. Supervision. Every such corporation shall be subject to\nsupervision, control and regulation by the commissioner of\ntransportation to the same extent as railroads and street railroads so\nfar as the provisions of the transportation law are applicable.\n
