N.Y. Transportation Corporations Law § 108

§ 108. Regulation. In construction and operation of its plant and\nequipment and in the transaction of its business, every such corporation\nshall be subject to all regulations as to construction, fire, health and\nsafety imposed by law, ordinance or local authority.\n
