N.Y. Transportation Corporations Law § 72

§ 72. Posting schedule of rates. A corporation operating a ferry in\nthis state, or between this state and any other state, shall post in a\nconspicuous and accessible place in each of its ferry houses, in plain\nview of the passengers, a schedule plainly printed in the English\nlanguage, of its rates.\n
