§ 102. Unreasonable preference. No common carrier shall make or give\nany undue or unreasonable preference or advantage to any person or\ncorporation or to any locality or to any particular description of\ntraffic in any respect whatsoever, or subject any particular person or\ncorporation or locality or any particular description of traffic, to any\nundue or unreasonable prejudice or disadvantage in any respect\nwhatsoever.\n
