§ 454. Approval of municipal bridge improvements. When the funds for\nmunicipal bridge improvements are appropriated to the department, such\nimprovements shall be undertaken only pursuant to contract with the\ncommissioner entered into following submission to and approval by the\ncommissioner of a municipal bridge improvements application therefor.\n
