* § 474. Approval of projects. When the funds for municipal\ntransportation infrastructure projects are appropriated to the\ndepartment, such projects shall be undertaken only pursuant to contract\nwith the commissioner entered into following submission to and approval\nby the commissioner of a municipal transportation infrastructure project\napplication therefor.\n * NB Not effective due to defeat of the Transportation Bond Act of\n2000\n
