§ 245. Expense of maintenance. After the improvement is constructed\nand completed, it shall be maintained by the town board and the cost of\nsuch maintenance shall be a charge upon the district or parcels of land\nagainst which the cost of the improvement was charged and shall be\nraised in the manner provided in section two hundred two-a of this\nchapter.\n
