§ 340. Laws repealed. Chapter sixty-three of the laws of nineteen\nhundred nine, entitled "An act relating to towns, constituting chapter\nsixty-two of the consolidated laws," and all acts amendatory thereof and\nsupplemental thereto, constituting the town law as heretofore in force,\nare hereby repealed, except as otherwise provided herein.\n
