Section 11--101. Definitions.\n As used in this Article 11:\n (a) The term "Original Article 9" means Article 9 of the uniform\ncommercial code as enacted by chapter five hundred fifty-three of the\nlaws of nineteen hundred sixty-two and as amended by chapter eight\nhundred ninety-nine of the laws of nineteen hundred seventy.\n (b) The term "Revised Article 9" means Article 9 of the uniform\ncommercial code as amended by the act enacting this Article.\n
