§ 411. Service of summons and complaint, third-party summons and\n complaint, petition with a notice of petition or order to show\n cause and petition upon defendant.\n Service of the summons and complaint, third-party summons and\ncomplaint, petition with a notice of petition or order to show cause and\npetition shall be made within one hundred twenty days after the filing\nof the summons and complaint, third-party summons and complaint,\npetition with a notice of petition or order to show cause and petition,\nprovided that if service is not made upon a defendant within the time\nprovided in this section, the court, upon motion, shall dismiss the\naction without prejudice as to that defendant, or upon good cause shown\nor in the interest of justice, extend the time for service.\n
