§ 910. Simplified procedure for court determination of disputes;\naction without pleadings. The simplified procedure for court\ndetermination of disputes set forth in CPLR §§ 3031, 3035 and 3037, and\nrules 3032 and 3036, shall apply in this court insofar as they may be\napplicable and the relief demanded is within the jurisdiction of this\ncourt.\n
