§ 1507. Limitation on execution against property of tenant.\n No levy shall be made on the personal property of a tenant\ndispossessed for non-payment of rent under any execution within\ntwenty-four hours of the time of dispossess, if the real property of\nwhich the tenant is being dispossessed was his residence.\n
