§ 114-c. Escort vehicle. A motor vehicle which operates under its own\npower and which precedes or follows a vehicle or combination of vehicles\nthat has been issued a special hauling permit by the department of\ntransportation, a municipality or public authority pursuant to section\nthree hundred eighty-five of this chapter.\n
