§ 121-c. Limited use vehicle. A motor vehicle, other than one\nregistered or capable of being registered pursuant to sections four\nhundred one or four hundred ten of this chapter, which has a maximum\nperformance speed of not more than forty miles per hour, as defined in\nsection one hundred twenty-two-b of this chapter.\n
