N.Y. Veh. & Traf. Law § 1613

§ 1613. Review by courts. Any order made by the department of\ntransportation pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to review by\nthe supreme court in the manner provided in article seventy-eight of the\ncivil practice law and rules or by any other appropriate remedy.\nProceedings to review shall be brought in Albany county. Such\nproceedings shall be entitled to a preference.\n
