§ 1628. Traffic regulations on bridge approaches to the barge canal\nsystem. The department of transportation with respect to any bridge\nstructure that crosses a waterway which is part of the barge canal\nsystem may by order, rule or regulation, regulate traffic on the\napproaches thereto by means of traffic control devices, physical\nbarriers and traffic control signals for a distance not exceeding one\nhundred fifty feet from such bridge structure.\n
