§ 1694. Disclosures. A TNC shall disclose in writing to TNC drivers\nthe following before they are allowed to accept a request for a TNC\nprearranged trip on the TNC's digital network:\n 1. The insurance coverage, including the types of coverage and the\nlimits for each coverage, that the TNC provides while the TNC driver\nuses a TNC vehicle in connection with a TNC's digital network;\n 2. That the TNC driver's own automobile insurance policy might not\nprovide any coverage while the TNC driver is logged on to the TNC's\ndigital network or is engaged in a TNC prearranged trip, depending on\nits terms; and\n 3. That, if a TNC vehicle has a lien against it, then the continued\nuse of such TNC vehicle by its TNC driver without physical damage\ncoverage may violate the terms of the contract with the lienholder.\n
