N.Y. Volunteer Ambulance Workers’ Benefit Law § 53

§ 53. Enforcement of payment. 1. The provisions of section twenty-six\nof the workers' compensation law, other than the portions relating to\nsection fourteen-a, subdivision eight of section fifteen and section\nfifty of the workers' compensation law, shall be applicable as fully as\nif set forth in this chapter.\n 2. The provisions of section fifty-four-b of the workers' compensation\nlaw shall be applicable as fully as if set forth in this chapter.\n
