N.Y. Volunteer Ambulance Workers’ Benefit Law § 57

§ 57. Miscellaneous provisions. The provisions of article seven of the\nworkers' compensation law which are not inconsistent with the provisions\nof this chapter shall be applicable as if fully set forth herein. The\nreference to sections twenty-five-a and fifty of the workers'\ncompensation law in section one hundred twenty-three of the workers'\ncompensation law shall be deemed to refer to sections fifty-one and\nthirty of this chapter.\n
