§ 11-1116 Rules, regulations, and local laws. The board of water\ncommissioners may adopt rules, regulations and local laws not\ninconsistent with law, for enforcing the collection of water rents and\nrelating to the use of the water, and may enforce observance thereof by\ncutting off the supply of water.\n
