N.Y. Volunteer Firefighters’ Benefit Law § 46

§ 46. Appeals. The provisions of section twenty-three of the workmen's\ncompensation law shall be applicable as fully as if set forth in this\nchapter except that reimbursement following modification or rescission\nupon appeal shall be paid from administration expenses as provided by\nsection sixty of this chapter.\n
