N.Y. Volunteer Firefighters’ Benefit Law § 57

§ 57. Miscellaneous provisions. The provisions of article seven of the\nworkmen's compensation law which are not inconsistent with the\nprovisions of this chapter shall be applicable as if fully set forth\nherein. The reference to sections twenty-five-a and fifty of the\nworkmen's compensation law in section one hundred twenty-three of the\nworkmen's compensation law shall be deemed to refer to sections\nfifty-one and thirty of this chapter.\n
