N.Y. Volunteer Firefighters’ Benefit Law § 60

§ 60. Assessment for expenses. 1. The estimated annual expenses\nnecessary for the workers' compensation board to administer the\nprovisions of the volunteer firefighters' benefit law shall be borne by\nall affected employers and included as part of the assessment rate\ngenerated pursuant to subdivision two of section one hundred fifty-one\nof the workers' compensation law.\n 2. Annually, the chair of the department of audit and control, as soon\nas practicable after the first of April, shall ascertain the total\namount of actual expenses.\n
