Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 109.13

General assembly may require written opinions

Effective: October 1, 1953; Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly

When so required by resolution, the attorney general shall give his written opinion on questions of law to either house of the general assembly.
