Prohibited acts concerning general revenue fund
Effective: December 30, 2021; Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly
No money shall be appropriated or transferred from the general revenue fund to the law enforcement improvements trust fund, biomedical research and technology transfer trust fund, or education technology trust fund.
