Conflict of interest - forfeiture - repayment
Effective: October 3, 2023; Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly
A member of the third frontier commission shall not receive support under section 184.11 of the Revised Code.
A member who violates this section shall forfeit the support received and shall pay the amount forfeited to the third frontier commission.
