Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 2331.15

Prison bounds fixed

Effective: October 1, 1953; Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly

A person imprisoned for debt is entitled to the privilege of prison bounds, which shall be coextensive with the limits of the county. Such prisoner shall not pass over or without such limits.
