Constitutional rights of crime victims

Known as the Roberta's Law

The act spans §§ 2930.01 to 2930.20 (35 sections).

Effective: April 6, 2023; Latest Legislation: House Bill 343 - 134th General Assembly

Nothing in this chapter shall prevent a victim or the victim's other lawful representative from asserting the rights enumerated in Ohio Constitution, Article I, Section 10a.
