Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 3119.9519

Commencement of redirection

Effective: April 3, 2024; Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly

(A) The redirection of a child support order under a redirection order that has become final as provided under section 3119.9517 of the Revised Code shall take effect as of, and relate back to, the date that the child support enforcement agency received the Title IV-D services application or referral under section 3119.953 of the Revised Code that initiated the proceedings resulting in the order.

(B) A redirection order under section 3119.9517 of the Revised Code based on a recommendation for redirection shall take effect as of, and relate back to, the date that the child support enforcement agency received the Title IV-D services application or referral under section 3119.953 of the Revised Code that initiated the proceedings resulting in the redirection order.
