Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 313.132

Screening for presence of buprenorphine, naltrexone, and methadone

Effective: September 29, 2017; Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly

If an autopsy includes a toxicological analysis, the coroner, deputy coroner, or pathologist shall screen for the presence of buprenorphine, naltrexone, and methadone.
