Educational choice scholarship pilot program established
Effective: October 3, 2023; Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly
The educational choice scholarship pilot program is hereby established. Under the program, the department of education and workforce annually shall pay scholarships to attend chartered nonpublic schools in accordance with section 3317.022 of the Revised Code.
