Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 3319.29

Fees

Effective: September 30, 2025; Latest Legislation: House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly

Each application for any license, certificate, or permit under this chapter, or renewal or duplicate of such a license, certificate, or permit, shall be accompanied by the payment of a fee in the amount established under division (B) of section 3319.51 of the Revised Code. Any fees received under this section shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licensing and regulatory fund established in section 4743.05 of the Revised Code.

Any person applying for or holding a license, certificate, or permit under this chapter is subject to sections 3123.41 to 3123.50 of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under section 3123.63 of the Revised Code and sections 3319.31 and 3319.311 of the Revised Code.
