Consumer transactions subject to consumer sales practices act

Effective: April 16, 1993; Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 211 - 119th General Assembly

Consumer transactions entered into with schools subject to this chapter are subject to Chapter 1345. of the Revised Code.

As used in this section, "consumer transaction" has the same meaning as in section 1345.01 of the Revised Code.
