Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 3781.05

The installation and use of federal facilities, which are a reconstruction of, or relocation of, an existing facility and not a new facility, for veterans' emergency housing shall be permitted so long as the use of such facilities is limited to veterans' emergency housing and confined to such plumbing supplies and equipment as are a part of the federal structures so used and the mainenance, repair, and replacements of such parts.
