A nonprofit organization that is not subject to this chapter pursuant to division (B) of section 4141.011 of the Revised Code, and that does not elect to become an employer subject to this chapter pursuant to division (H) of section 4141.011 of the Revised Code, shall notify the organization's employees upon hiring that the organization, and the employee's employment with the organization, are exempt from this chapter.
