Except as provided in sections 4731.281 and 4731.40 of the Revised Code, all receipts of the state medical board, from any source, shall be deposited in the state treasury. The funds shall be deposited to the credit of the state medical board operating fund, which is hereby created. Except as provided in sections 4730.252, 4731.225, 4731.24, 4759.071, 4760.133, 4761.091, 4762.133, 4772.203, 4774.133, and 4778.141 of the Revised Code, all funds deposited into the state treasury under this section shall be used solely for the administration and enforcement of this chapter and Chapters 4730., 4759., 4760., 4761., 4762., 4772., 4774., and 4778. of the Revised Code by the board.
