Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 4731.81

Witness to administration of general anesthetic

Effective: January 1, 1974; Latest Legislation: House Bill 511 - 109th General Assembly

No person shall knowingly administer a general anesthetic to another, unless at the time of administration a competent witness is present.
