Whenever the term "Ohio respiratory care board" is used in any statute, rule, contract, or other document, the use shall be construed to mean the "state board of pharmacy," with respect to implementing Chapter 4752. of the Revised Code.
Whenever the executive director of the Ohio respiratory care board is used in any statute, rule, contract, or other document, the use shall be construed to mean the executive director of the state board of pharmacy, with respect to implementing Chapter 4752. of the Revised Code.
