Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 4757.15

Examinations

The counselor, social worker, and marriage and family therapist board shall prepare, cause to be prepared, or procure the use of, and grade, have graded, or procure the grading of, examinations to determine the competence of applicants for licensure under this chapter. The board may administer separate examinations to reflect differences in educational degrees earned by applicants. The board may develop the examinations or use examinations prepared by state or national organizations that represent the interests of those involved in professional counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, art therapy, or music therapy. The board shall conduct examinations at least twice each year and shall determine the level of competence necessary for a passing score.
