Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 4761.99

Penalty

Effective: September 30, 2025; Latest Legislation: House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly

Whoever violates division (A) of section 4761.10 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. On a second offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. On each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Whoever violates division (B)(2) or (C) of section 4761.14 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Whoever violates division (E)(5) of section 4761.03 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
