Violations; penalties

Effective: December 14, 2018; Latest Legislation: House Bill 213 - 132nd General Assembly

(A) Whoever violates division (A)(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), or (9) or division (C) of section 4768.11 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.

(B) Whoever violates division (A)(10), (11), (12), or (13) of section 4768.11 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
