Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 4778.99

Penalties

Effective: September 30, 2025; Latest Legislation: House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly

Whoever violates section 4778.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense and felony of the fifth degree on each subsequent offense.

Whoever violates division (B)(1) or (2) of section 4778.171 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on each subsequent offense.

Whoever violates division (E) of section 4778.18 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
