Decommissioning performance bond required
Effective: October 11, 2021; Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 52 - 134th General Assembly
(A) Prior to beginning construction, the applicant shall post a performance bond to ensure that funds are available for the decommissioning of the facility.
(B) The power siting board shall be the obligee of the bond.
