Effective: September 30, 2025; Latest Legislation: House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly
The public utilities commission shall adopt rules to implement sections 4928.54, 4928.541, and 4928.542 of the Revised Code. The rules shall ensure a fair and unbiased auction process and the performance of the winning bidder or bidders.
